There are four ways to order our products:

Order using our secure order form. Credit card details will be passed securely to the vendor only.
Order Online:

Order by Fax:
An order form will be printed out. Write your credit card details on the form and then fax it to us at 215 627 3270. You will not be asked to type in credit card details.
Order by Phone:
Call our customer representatives on 215 627 9625 and order using the printed item list. You can give your credit card details over the phone.
Order by Mail:
Mail the printed order form enclosing your credit card details to 62 N 3rd Street, Philadelphia PA 19106. Your order will be shipped on receipt.
Shipping
Goods are shipped from stock via UPS or U.S. Mail. Shipping charges will be determined upon weight and size of packaging. This is done to offer our customers the most inexpensive shipping charge. International shipping is available. Flat rate US Priority Mail DOES NOT apply to International shipping. Please email for rates.
Payment
We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard, cashier's checks or money orders for all orders. A 7% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped within Pennsylvania.
Prompt Delivery
We generally ship in stock items paid by credit card within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days. Express delivery is also available. Please call for details. Should any item be temporarily unavailable, you will be notified.
Returns
We allow returns on regularly priced, unused, unworn internet purchases ONLY within 10 days of purchase for a refund. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. All tags and original packaging must be intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased in-store are returnable for exchange or store credit only.

Jewelry: All of our jewelry is handmade, so no two are exactly alike. This means that the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown. Stones will vary in size, shape and color.
Special Care: Jewelry: To keep your jewelry looking its best, clean it on a regular basis. Be very careful to use an appropriate cleaner; an inappropriate cleaner such as ammonia or ammonia based products (Windex, Nair, etc.) may cause damage and turn your sterling silver black. J.Karma recommends using our Silver Polishing Clothes as a daily cleaner.

Availability: Because J. Karma sells to both our retail store and internet store, our inventory is not in REAL TIME. Due to high turnover of some styles and sizes, we may sell out of your size in a shoe, or individual items during the day. We will email you as quickly as possible if an item is out of stock and needs to be or can be backordered.
